Download the cracked deb HERE

• Copy the downloaded deb to var/mobile/ using SSH
  
• open mobile terminal on your iPhone
• type in su (press return)
• type in alpine (press return)
• type in dpkg -i ToneFXs_1.501.deb (press return)
  
• Respring and Reboot
• After the Icon is on your springboard open the app and tap on registration, type in any 18 characters and register it.

Alternate Ways To Install:

Ssh your iPhone and make a folder called AutoInstall in/var/root/Media/Cydia/ so you have /var/root/Media/Cydia/AutoInstall which is case sensitive and drop the deb file in the autoinstall folder, respring and reboot.
